At HandmadeByHannah we design elegant stationery for weddings, christenings, and any other occasion or event.
All our work is ...lovingly hand made to a very high standard, using only the best materials and techniques. We provide a very personal service, designing stationery especially for you, or we can customise some of our existing designs to suit your personal requirements.
We can accommodate most stationery needs, but typically offer invitations, cards, guest books, post boxes, table plans, table numbers & place names. Just ask!
Samples
If you wish to view an item before you place an order a sample is available to purchase via our shop (please purchase 1 quantity). Due to the amount of sample requests we receive we are unable to personalise these although should a full order be placed you shall receive a full customised invitation if required.
Design Process
Following initial communication with us, a PDF of your invitation/stationery will be sent to you by email and if required followed by a full invitation sample.
The next step is for you to agree the final design work & send all wording for your stationery. This can be sent in stages if required however, keeping up communication and sending information through efficiently will really help with the process.
Once wording has been received, your proofs will be sent to you via email and/or post. Please check all wording, font and layout very carefully and return with any further changes or comments. Any amendments required after the printing process will incur additional charges. Once you are happy with your proofs we will agree a suitable deadline date for delivery of your stationery.
Once all proofs have been agreed, each card will be individually crafted and handmade. Timescales are unique to each order, but please be assured that your stationery will be completed in accordance with your deadlines.
Should you wish to continue your theme throughout the rest of your stationery we also take orders for matching items such as Post Boxes, Guest Books, Order of Service, Table Plans, Table Numbers & Guest Place Settings just to name a few!

We love to create new designs. If you would like something unique and special, we would love to discuss your ideas with you!
Designing bespoke beautiful stationery takes time, and it has become necessary in some cases for me to charge for my time, materials, and postage. The cost will obviously vary depending on your requirements. We shall always try to keep costs to a minimum by working with you electronically (via email) to create a design that you will love, before creating a material sample for you to approve.
The personal service we offer gives you the reassurance that we will deliver highly finished products on time. To create a design that’s right, we will work closely with you to understand your requirements and budget, and involve you throughout the creative process to ensure that you are completely happy with your design.
