Edward Gorey, the image is titled “Scratch Dog on Sea Rock”. Image is 5.75” x 4.75”, unframed.
There were 65 printed during Edward’s life time and signed by him, this is #42 of that print run. I have an email from the curator of the Gorey Museum confirming this.
The remaining 30 prints were printed by the Gorey House and embossed with Edward’s sign...ature. Those are available for sale for $350. The original hand signed copies have long since SOLD OUT. They retailed for $800.
