It is my pleasure to offer this glorious rare Antique Wedgwood pendant set with a fabulous black jasperware cameo of Stubb’s “A horse frightened by a Lion”

If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me~ What a pleasure to offer this striking and dramatic Wed...gwood black basalt cameo of George Stubb’s “Horse Frightened by Lion” series of paintings in the 1850s. The cameo setting is made of gilded sterling silver. The pendant comes with its original 18inch chain. There is no original box or packaging. This stunning pendant bears English sterling hallmarks for Wedgwood Birmingham. I have not attempted to clean this as some buyers prefer the item to be left as it is. HISTORY & MARKINGS Era: 1963 -1980s Metal Purity: Sterling silver gilt finish MEASURES The cameo measures 3.74mm (1.4") from the top of the bale by 2.5mm (1") in diameter, & stamped on reverse WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND. OVERALL BEAUTIFUL Antique condition as the pictures show! There are no dents, damage or repairs evident. It is striking and makes quite a statement. I am sure you will be thrilled with this VERY RARE and BEAUTIFUL Antique purchase!
