This is a solid vintage watch back opener. Although this is a used tool, but it looks to be in a great working condition. It is stamped as Vigor /Japan. All adjustment knobs seem to operate with no problem. As best as I could determine, the removable blades (teeth) appear to be in excellent condition and are not worn or have broken tips.Kindly note that I am a layman in this field.
