These cloth dolls were purchased from the original owner, who tagged her dolls with the date and location of purchase. There dolls were purchased in new Brunswick, Canada, on 9-9-46. They are very well made, with stockinette heads, painted features, yarn hair, cloth torsos, wrapped wire arms and legs, and knitted clothes. (Clothes are not removable.) With the exception of the boy, each doll has a Kimport Dolls tag sewn to its clothing, stating that the doll was made i...n new Brunswick. The man is 7" tall, the lady is 6 1/2", and the children are 6-6 1/4". The dolls are in excellent condition, with the exception of several spots on the girl's sweater.
