Large Antique Copper Rooster Weathervane
This is another great original antique weathervane from a New England estate. It is a detailed proud rooster with a fancy body design, a great head, a fancy tail and he is standing on a large arrow. It is a beautiful piece. I've owned it for years and kept it in my dining room
The weathervane has a dark tarnished finish on the copper. I have not tried to clean it. The rooster is in very good a...ntique condition - a few little bends on the feather on the arrow and some minor dents on the body.. Solid and sturdy it can be displayed indoors or out.
The Rooster measures 21.5" tall including the 2" post attached under the arrow. It is 23.5" long.
I can also include the copper ball that is in the picture. I have a heavy metal pole that can be used to display the weathervane (no base). If you are interested I can ship that separately for an additional shipping price.
