Vintage (maybe closer to ancient) telescope finder scope brackets, 60mm/2.34" ID, optimum diameter of the tube these would mount on is 6-7" but because of the design of the feet they could fit diameters somewhat larger and smaller. Looks to have the original six brass thumbscrews.
