For your consideration and bidding, a vintage 1950's era, Mickey Mantle PM10 pin and used paperback book titled The Baseball Life of Mickey Mantle. This vintage Mantle pin is in outstanding condition, measures approximately 1 3/4" in diameter, and, comes equipped with red/white/blue ribbon, and, ball and glove charms attached to the pin with a red/white/blue loop ribbon. This Mantle pin is nice. The Celluloid face of the pin is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks or breaks. T...he red/white/blue ribbon is also in excellent condition, the colors are still vibrant, and, slight fraying along the tip of the swallow tail cut. The key chain and oversize charms are clean, bright and shiny. The back of this pin is relatively clean with some oxidation visible. Also included is a paper back book titled The Baseball Life of Mickey Mantle, written by John DeVaney, and illustrated with photographs. This 176 page paperback book is complete and in excellent vintage condition. The book shows some wear from handling and storage. This pin and book are relics from the career of one of the greatest and most storied Yankees in the history of Major League Baseball.
