Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, and in cases of major mis-representation by us or incorrect item being shipped will a return be accepted. Return postage for major issues with reasons listed above or incorrect item being shipped; then EDC will pay return postage. For all other returns not listed (minor imperfections, buyer changed their mind, or any other minor issue); then the return postage is the sole responsibility of the customer (buyer), and no refund of the original shipping cost will be given.
