Bound in the publisher's tan cloth hardcovers, titled in black to the spine. Spine ends a little bumped. Jacket unclipped and protected, only light wear, and surprisingly well preserved, correctly dated 1/1/61 to the rear flap, now protected in a removable sleeve. Light toning to the pages, else clean and ti...ght. Vg overall. Only after an undercover Scotland Yard man is murdered by the criminal mastermind known as the Frog, do the Prosecutor's Office and Scotland Yard really start investigating the criminal hiding his identity behind a rubber mask and his "fellowship" comprising of "tramps" identifiable by a lopsided tattoo of a frog on their left wrist...
