This is a Pioneer SA-9800 Left channel power amp board and heatsink with the output transistors, I received it in a large lot of electronics I bought a while back, the output transistors test good and the board looks in great shape and all original. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a working board, but I have no way to test it so its being sold for a parts board.
