Vintage Unbranded Small Hammer Head, most likely a jewelers or silversmiths hammer.
It measures just 4 1/8"wide and weighs 5 Oz. Center eyehole for a handle measures 7/8" x 3/8".
Hammer has a blunt 11/16" Peen and a rounded over 5/8" hammer face.
