Clam shell packaging has some wear and tear, a few areas with slight peeling/pulling away.Certainly doesn't look like it has ever been opened. Just usual wear from over the years. Package a little dusty with some bangs, nicks, and bumps.
Pretty nice speakers to go with your sony sports walkman ...or whatever...
