Vintage Navy H-4 Gentex Medium Flight Helmet 1950s W/ MS-22001 oxygen mask, goggles & liner.
This was obtained in 1962 from the original naval aviator who wore it in the early 1950's. No alterations have been made except for the replacement of one snap.
The goggle is a M-1944, standard with this helmet. It is showing its age, to be expected.
The oxygen mask has dry rot, as seen in the pictures.
I'm selling a number of these helmets from my father's collection, so ...please see my other listings. He was a pilot and unfortunately is having to undergo a very costly cancer treatment. These sales will help with his costs...every bit helps so thank you so much for your bids! God Bless.
