I sold this and packed it double-boxed with foam and it arrived not working to the original buyer.  I took it as a return.  There are repair pieces and parts, diaphragms, etc for these.  This is clean.  I suspect once you replace the diaphragm you'll be good to go. Comes will all mounting pieces. Thanks for looking.  Sold as-is for repair.
