back says 1978, I am not familiar with Mego figures but it appears in VERY good shape, I did not mess with it much but it stands, the elbow and knees joints are tight, shorts in in great shape with the rope tie around it, the face is in good shape with minimal paint loss, rubbing or wear, there is a little but the teeth are still very white and the hair is very black, eyes are nice and even the eyebrows are good, the plastic body and limbs have some light scratching and marks, I do not... know how to grade these but it appears pretty good, however with that being said please don't take my word for it and see pictures for details
