A Vintage 1940’s? PARKER "51" Fountain Pen & Mechanical Pencil, 1/10 12K Gold Filled Set that was acquired from an Estate Sale, so no background information. Set appears to be in very good vintage age/used condition. I have not serviced this set, just wiped with a soft cloth, there are scratches thruout but no chips nor cracks. Pencil did not have any lead inside but body does turn. Do not know what is the condition &/or if any amount of ink inside pen.... Cartridge marked: To Fill Press Ribbed Bar Firmly 6 Times. Use Dry-Writing Superchrome Ink. The Parker Pen Co. Made in USA. Both caps marked, Parker 1/10 12K Gold Filled. Also both marked, Made in USA on black plastic. Pen & pencil approx 5.25"T, case shows lots of wear/age marks, does have "51" stamped on top.
