This a US made tubes . Cannot test in my AVO 163, Both have intact filaments . One is a Sylvanis VT25a whilst the other is a 829 tube from 1943, It is NIB and NOS . The VT25 still has the sticker on it .  $25 postage and careful packing to mail anywhere .
