You're looking at a VTG 1970's RARE MEXICAN NUTTY MADS WEIRD-OH HAWK MODEL DIGGER UNLICENSED FIGURE. Is in pre-owned condition with some signs of wear as scratches, stains, some plastic burrs or remains, and light dust. Is missing some areas as its left wheel, a tube or pipe that goes at its helmet area and its right index finger. It has a crack at the top of its shifter area, see picture . It was made at Mexico around the 1970's, and it's an unlicensed or bootleg figure. It... measures 4" tall approx. I found it at a Mexican Flea Market.
