VINTAGE MARX TIN LITHO WINDUP TANK 5" WORKS NO TREADS. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS First Class Package. So this is being sold as is it does wind up, the lever works to hold the wind and when you push the lever the tank moves on its own. The wheels are quite loose, im not sure if its missing something besides the tracks but the whole wind up mechanism works well. Feel free to ask questions.
