Garrard Zero 100c Turntable

This was given to me recently by one of my friends. It powers up, and spins--but that is about everything I can tell you about it. I have not used turntable in years and I don't know how it suppose to work. It looks decent but there are a few things I find:
1. dial (which says 45/33) seems to be stuck and I cannot turn in any direction. Not sure it stays that way until tone arm is engaged.2. needle is damaged
I am listing this unit 'as-is' cond...ition. Please refer to all the photos and make your own judgement. I will measure the weight and estimated dimension so the buyer will be paying the actual shipping.
