VNTG Chevron Oil Co Starting System SW Schramm Inc & RPM Gauge Cluster & start . Condition is For parts or not working. I purchased this from me salvage yard. I do not know if it works. The Glaceon the gauges is damaged and it's may be seen and the pictures. Primarily the RPM gauge is cracked and there are scratches on the Schramm gauge. The rubber cover for the start button is tore. There is some rust on it. There is some blackening on the back of the cluster. I do not know wh...at is missing from this cluster. It appears at the very least at some light bulbs are missing. I tried loosening by hand the cap on the bottom of the starting system and I could not get it to turn by hand. I have uploaded the maximum number of pictures I'm allowed to ask to allow you to see as much of this item as I am able to. Please use the pictures to help determine the condition of this item. I'm selling this item as is, if you have any questions please ask. The shaft on the emergency pull is bent but I'm not sure this will be seen in the pictures.
