A vintage/original Top 40 / AM Radio - Official 12-60 Music Survey from KYA Radio 1260 in San Francisco, Calif. for the week of April 6-12, 1968 w/ the Beatles' "Lady Madonna" holding down the top spot.
As recently found, on the reverse side is a Fillmore-esque Handbill / Mini-Poster for an upcoming Rascals show at the Oakland Coliseum that measures aprx 6.25" x 9.5".

Visually it ...appears to be in nice original condition showing light storage wear w/ two small holes on the RH side of the Handbill side & a fold-mark/light creasing (see pics).
