Vintage original game used worn 1940sNotre Dame Football Letter SweaterOriginal Notre Dame player Letter Monogram Sweater. This sweateris from the mid 1940’s, and belonged to a varsity football player for theIrish. This sweater was earned by Corwin Clatt at Notre Dame who went on to play two seasons in the NFL. He also played in the College All Star game. This is avery rare sweater. An extremely rare original letter sweater (named) inexcellent condition. T...hissweater is in very nice condition for its age. There are no moth holes ortears, rips, or stains. Normally any sweater this old is all chewed upwith holes, rips, and fading. The sleeves and cuffs are excellent. The sweater was only worn for special events on campus. The logo isnice with tight stitching. The sweaterhas all of it’s buttons and they are all secured tightly with no loose stitching. The two pockets of the sweater are also in excellent condition with nosagging as seen on other athletic sweaters. The Sand Knit original neck tag isstill on the sweater. The size for the sweater, is tagged 46. Thesweater could use a dry cleaning. Although in virtually perfect condition.Buyer pays Priority Mail Insured.Thanks for your interest!
