Vintage jewellery fabulous solid silver hallmarked 1889-90 cherub nurses buckle. 4 inches across and 2 and a half inches wide. Good clear hallmarks on the front - sterling lion and London mark on one side, 0 for 1889-90 and Queen Victoria's head on the other side. This was the last year that the Queen's head was used. Closes neatly, excellent condition - this is an exceptional buckle. It weighs 54 grams.
