Up for sale is a Toastmaster 1B14 toaster in good, working condition. As you can see, I made a few slices but wasn’t familiar with the adjustment scale. My advice is the start very low!
The chrome shows typical light scratches and scuffs. The insides have been brushed/blown out so they are quite clean. The Bakelite handles are a bit dull from age but there are no cracks or chips.
The power cord is intact but is showing some separation at the point where is enters the toas...ter body. It could be repaired easily or left alone. For now it works so I didn’t want to mess with it.
The serial number is A1559654 which puts production at Sept 1948 through April 1949
