Item offered is a fine porcelain vintage Nippon 10 ounce individual teapot with underplate. It is hand painted and decorated with pink roses, green banding covered in raised gold stripes. It has a gold handle and the edges are trimmed in gold. The underplate has the same paintings and has a ruffled scalloped edge. The long part of the lid that fits down into the pot has a repair [see pictures] but does no show. No other cips, nicks, cracks, scratches or repairs. The gold is in wonderfu...l condition. The mark is the blue Maple Leaf Nippon, Hand Painted. The pot measures 4 1/2" tall and the underplate 6" wide
