Vintage 1920 ' S Hamilton Cushion Style Mans Military Wristwatch YG Filled Case

This lot features a very old and entirely original Hamilton cushion style military wrist watch, in a three-piece signed yellow gold filled case. This beautiful watch has its original dial, and the original matching hands which match the dial very nicely. It has an original glass Crystal, and the original crown and stem. Currently the watch winds up and sets correctly and it sounds as though it has rather good amplitude. It measures 1 and 3/4 inches from the top to the bottom of l...ugs and it measures 1 and 1/4 in across the center including the crown. I have not checked its time keeping ability over a prolonged period so I cannot say whether it will keep time accurately, and therefore may need a service or cleaning in order to do so over the long term. It is a great vintage watch in very nice and presentable condition from one of the best makers in watch making history, the Hamilton Watch Company of Lancaster Pennsylvania.
