What I have up for bids here is a good working and good used factory Evinrude "Selectric" push button electric shift remote control assembly with cable and wiring harness originally pulled from a 1972 Evinrude 85hp outboard that got parted out and fitting and used on many of the late 1960's and early 1970's Evinrude and Johnson 40hp, 60hp, 85hp, 100hp, 115hp, and 125hp models. This remote control would be perfect for the guy who is fixing up that vintage outboard and looking for a peri...od correct control or maybe for the guy who has a older Evinrude/Johnson remote control and who just needs this unit to get back on the water.For the opening bid of $99 you cant go wrong. Now here's what you will get, (1)Evinrude "Selectric" electric shift single lever push button remote control assembly with (1) 13ft control cable and one 13ft (10 pin) wiring harness .. All components including the shifter all are in good working condition. The actual shifter housing has no cracks or damage. Some light and average paint and cosmetic wear, here and there and one chip out of the cover of the faceplate.. Cable and end are in good working condition. Harness was pulled from a working running engine but the previous owners cut the wires at the remote, so you will need to rewire/put new terminals on the wires. Normal wear on the covering. A good used remote control set-up. Above we have attached 8 pictures to give you a better idea of the style, condition and actually what you will be getting. Again this is a good working Evinrude electric shift remote control assembly. Now as noted, this control was used on a 1972 85hp outboard, but this style shifter and control cables was used on many of the late 1960s and early 1970s electric shift Evinrude and Johnson 40hp, 60hp, 85hp, 100hp and 125hp electric shift models, but please check your old controls or parts manuals for more applications and fit.If you have been looking for a good factory Johnson/Evinrude push button remote control for the vintage Evinrude or Johnson I think you will find this package to be a great buy and find.
