Powers on and tuning dial scans. Tested with batteries (not included) and AC adapter. This is an older portable TV with analog tuner. Will not receive any new digital broadcasts. In excellent cosmetic condition. Selling as collector piece or maybe someone can modify to accept a video signal. Comes with case, owners manual, power supply and original box (as shown).
