This offering is for an original antique Polar Cub Electric Fan. The small fan runs very well and there is only light typical wear as seen in our photo's. The makers tag on top of the motor reads in part "POLAR CUB TYPE H 110 V DC OR AC 60 CYCLES OR LESS PAT JULY 5, 1921 OTHER PAT PENDING A.C. GILBERT CO. NEW HAVEN CONN PAT JAN 20, 1925 MADE IN USA". The fan measures app. 8" in overall height to the top of the cage, the cage itself measures app. 6.75" in diameter, the blades are right ...at 6" in diameter. The fan is also marked "POLAR CUB" on the tag on the front of the cage. Even though the fan runs very well it undoubtedly also needs a complete and thorough cleaning and the cord should be replaced if you plan on using it. The painted finish also has some wear and scattered losses. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 18.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
