Classic Marklin Original Boxed Vintage Passenger Car Set CM827/3 MADE IN GERMANY. (1955 Catalogue)
Complete set in very good condition and I believe it to be totally original.The loco (CM800) is not running but is complete and needs only minor maintenance.It comes with an oval of the Marklin M track.Please make your own assessment of the paint condition of the passenger cars from the photos.I consider them to be excellent considering they are 60+ years old.
With a little... TLC this could be a display collectable or could become the start of a serious model train hobby. Marklin is the biggest and best manufacturer of model trains and this set is compatible with current Marklin models (even the track using adaptor tracks.)This is a highly collectable set and while the box is not quite complete (1 end flap missing) the top display artwork is excellent.
Consider this set an investment.
