Antique 19 C. Chinese Qing Dynasty Framed Silk Butterfly Floral Embroidery

This is a beautiful Chinese frame silk embroidery. It most likely dates to the 19th century or earlier. It has some discoloration, yellow spots, loose stitching, but overall it is in very nice condition considering its age. It was well cared for and someone paid to have it professionally framed so I do not challenge the integrity by taking it out. There may be a marking of some kind on the area behind the matting but I am not sure. The frame measures approx. 26 3/4" x 16 3/8". The visi...ble embroidery measures approx. 21 1/2" x 10 1/2".
