It is Illustrated with Water-Colors by Edmund Dulac.  From The Heritage Club Sandglass, which is included, “It relates the story of a young lady who has been left alone in the woods while her brothers go ...off to find food for her.  Unfortunately she falls into the hands of Comus, the Roman god of sensual pleasure, who tries to persuade the damsel to become his consort, queen of his band of riotous monsters. By the time she is rescued by her brothers, she has succumbed to a magic spell, which is happily broken by the power of a river nymph.”
