Yellow-black endpapers titled Herbs and Spices in chart form listing with which foods some of various herbs and spices may be used. Contains definition of terms on one page, measuring ingredients the right way on another page and ingredients hints to help the cook followed by equipment the correct choices. Condition: The book is in Good condition. The book covers are bright and clean with slight edge wear. The binding is square and tight and the hinges are firm with no cracks. the copyright page is missing and the red tab divider pages have been removed-all other pages are present. The inside pages are white; they are supple and lay flat. There are no names, markings, tears or folds. This is a tight clean and well cared for copy of a collectable cookbook.
