It is our pleasure to offer for your consideration from our personal collection in our smoke-free home:
A vintage Jadite-Jadeite green Art Deco Depression Era Range Shaker Set (Set of 2), made by McKee Glass Co.
This is an all original set, with the original lids, that have been in our family since they were new. They are in very nice condition and they have been well cared for.
There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. These are vintage items that have been ...used and handled with resulting light wear and scratching so please do not expect them to be in new or perfect condition. These are made of old glass and have lines and waves that resulted from the manufacturing process that we always felt added to the beauty of these pieces. These waves and lines are NOT cracks in the glass. These lines are difficult to photograph because they are hard to see in normal viewing but please look at the last picture. With a jeweler's loop, these lines are clearly not cracks that go through the glass. If you want shakers that are perfect or you're concerned about lines and waves in old glass, PLEASE do not purchase these.
These shakers are plain and do not have labeling residue that we were able to see but we are not sure if they were originally made with or without labeling.
The lids have small dents and light discoloration from age and use. Both are marked "McK" on the bottom.
Please review the pictures.
They are 5" tall including the lids and are 2-3/8" square.
