Although the pages to construct the punch out characters are missing from the back, the rest of this book is intact. The cover shows signs of wear with fraying at the top and bottom of the spine. Some of the paper on the cover has worn away leaving spots which show the cardboard underneath or just white areas. It is hard to read the subtitle on the bottom right of the cover. Inside, however, the pages are firmly attached even though the bottom half of the first ...few pages is loose. There are only the slightest evidences of soiling and spotting. This was a children's book!
The story begins when Mickey and Minnie acquire a horse who they name Tenderfoot. If the image of two mice owning a horse doesn't intrigue you enough to get this book immediately I am not sure what else I can say.
This book is vintage children's entertainment and will be a great addition to an existing collection or an excellent accent piece to display in your home.
