One of the most classical contemporary model from Dupont. The pen is new and fitted with the ballpoint refill. It can be instantly converted to a mechanical pencil by installing the (supplied) pencil mechanism. The pen seal was opened for examination so there was a very light tarnishing close to the seal opening. It can be easily buffed and I will do it upon request.
