Vintage Girls GOLD BELL FASHIONS Dress. RED with hearts and flowers ..Ruffles/Lace. Size- unsure tag is unreadable ?.. Measures Approx 11”across armpits and approximately 16”from top of shoulder to bottom of hem. The only issue I see is the arm and bloomer elastic is stretched due to age and a couple yellow stains on front of collar and some minor discoloration around the neck. I have not washed this. In very good vintage condition otherwise! Please see photos! Super cute!
