Every purchase goes directly to our non profit animal rescue. Many items have been donated in support of the animals. Item can only be shipped to address provided at time of purchase. Items shipped Fedex will need actual address. Fragile items are wrapped with great care. I do recycle shipping materials. If an item is damaged during shipping please notify me within 24hrs of delivery and I must receive a photo of damage and I will open a claim online with shipping company and they will provide the refund. Items damaged in shipping are to be handled as shipping company claim and not a retuen request. I want you to be happy with your purchase. We are a smoke free home but do not know always know origin of donated items. We are a non-profit animal rescue & do have animals on the facility and hair may travel.
