Here is a vintage  tobacco smoking pipe . old barely used condition (see photos) .   It has a really nice Briar root bowl and a plastic stem, possibly bakalite.  It is fancy with brass or gold trim  . It is marked Frank trademarkThe history of Kip Franklin's Pipe Collection.Charles "Kip" Franklin was a native of the Oneonta, NY area and served in the US Army's 10th Mountain Division during WWII in the Italian theater, Northern Italy mostly.  It was du...ring his wartime service there that he began collecting these pipes and brought them back to NY. We are offering these pipes at Ebay Auction for the next few weeks.
