Description:The cover has wear as seen in the pictures. The gold page trim has wear as seen in the pictures. The binding is very solid and should last for years. The present to page is blank. The family pages have a little writing in pencil. I flipped through the pages many times and found no other markings, though I may have missed a few but I don't think so. God Bless! P.S.
