The pen is in EXCELLENT condition with some scuffs consistent with use.The pen measures a HUGE 5 7/8" capped.This pen has been disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and tested The pen is a PISTON FILLER. It operates smoothly and hold lots of ink as it shouldIt ha...s EXCELLENT TRANSPARENCY to determine the amount of ink in the pen The imprint on the middle cap band states, "MONTBLANC, MEISTERSTUCK, NO 149". The imprint on the back of the clip states "GERMANY"The FLEXIBLE Bi-Color 14C GOLD nib is FINE in size and is inscribed "4810, M <INSIDE SNOWFLAKE>, 14C , MONTBLANC, 585".Note the feed is the SOLID EBONITE feedAnd the filler threads are plasticBased on the Bi-color 14C Nib, Solid Ebonite Feed, and Plastic Filler Threads, I can date this pen to between 1973 - 1975!
