His head easily rotates. The hose attachment is in excellent condition, is loose, has the original rubber ring and also rotates easily. Brass plates separate the neck and body pieces for solid attachment and quality. I could find no markings anywhere. Amazing to find one with original paint and in such great condition. He is 14" long from the tip of his beak to the tail and his body is 4 1/2" wide. He weighs 4 1/2 pounds. I'm not sure but I believe he is cast aluminum to prevent h...im from rusting away.
