These are six ceramic handmade and hand painted coconut mugs made for "Trader Vic's" Tiki Themed Restaurant in the 1960's/70's. They are three pairs of different colored mugs with three shades of a matte brown finish an a white glaze interior. The two pairs of lighter brown mugs are marked "Trader Vic USA" on the bottom and are most likely from the 60's. The pair of darker mugs are also marked "Trader Vic USA", but these are actually dated 1970 along with what looks like a copyright sy...mbol. I haven't seen others that were dated so they may be rare! All six mugs are in excellent original condition with no chips or cracks, just some minor scratching and paint loss with crazing on the white glaze interior due to age. Measurements are nearly identical, but since they were all handmade the sizes vary by about 1/8".
