Ebonite handle which turns freely set on nickel cup to faceplate.Blue steel callipers & pawls - minimal wear to tips! Brass un-filed ribbed foot.Turns freely with the constant check & sounds a delightful click on the turn - good check!Nickel rim tension screw applying as it should - good tension!Free from line grooves, corrosion or wobble...Stamped to the faceplate with the Hardy details ...& patents.Retaining well...a good example!Cleaned, lubricated & oiled...ready for the rod!Lovely piece of angling history!All as per pictures!
