Two of the many Marx plastic figures sold in the 'dime' stores in the 1950's, Dick Tracy is approximately 2 & 1/2" tall and Sparkle is sized accordingly. He is molded in white soft plastic and she in blue. He has some damage to his hat, as can be seen in the photos; she is in excellebt condition but has some paint on her that was applied by a prior owner.
