Inside the case is fully signed with the wording 'ROLEX LTD' The case isin LOVELY condition. The case back shows NO dings that I can see and just verylight normal wear marks. It has the ROLEX crown engraved onto it. The casesides have no dings that I can see. The bezel is in lovely condition and hassome black coloured marks here and there on the gold (see pics). The beautifulintegrated solid 18 carat small gold lugs are excellent. The inside of the caseis fully hallmarked for 9 carat gold with the RARER (Chester Assay office) andhas the date mark for 1960. The case measures 1.6 cms (16mm) across. excludingthe lugs and crown.DIAL:This is awonderful totally original RARE ‘waffled’ design white beautiful original dial.The dial is in BEAUTIFUL EXCELLENT ORIGINAL condition, and is of high qualityas it has gold applied baton/dot numerals around it. The dial is FULLY SIGNED'ROLEX' and 'PRECISION' and has a gold applied ROLEX symbol at 12 o'clock. The goldensteel hands are in lovely condition. The dial itself only shows a very lightpatina and a few light marks (See Pics). The watch has a new replacementplastic crystal which is in minty condition. MOVEMENT:This is awonderful clean genuine high grade gold tone ROLEX FULLY SIGNED quality 17jewel movement. It is also signed '17 rubies' and 'Swiss Made' in beautifultype set on the plates. This fantastic ROLEX MOVEMENT is in working order andis running. I have timed it over 24 hours and it keeps time to within about 3mins per day. As usual a full service would be recommended for optimumperformance and timekeeping. The crown is gold in color, is unsigned and may bea replacement at some time. All in all this is a beautiful genuine ROLEX madeoriginal movement.BAND:Thisbeautiful wrist watch is fitted with a lovely FULLY 3X signed black cordette 2strand cocktail band with Gold plated fittings on each end. This is a genuineROLEX band and is very probably original to the watch. The band is in excellentcondition and it is fully marked. This is a small fitting band (which could bereplaced if you so wish by a non Rolex longer band) The watch and band measurea total of just over 5 and a 1/2 inches in length. I can assume that it wouldfit up to an 5 and a half inch inch wrist.
