For sale is this large cobalt blue light bulb that came from the estate of a former U.S. Army Photographer. He was said to have used them in his studio after the War to simulate daylight on displays as it was before fluorescent lighting. That was about 1948, so it should be at most that old. I'll let any light bulb experts out here feel free to share your thoughts. It is huge measuring 10" tall and 4" wide. All the filaments look intact, but I have not tested as it has a wide base.
