You're looking at a VTG RARE MEXICAN SQUEAKY TOY HAPPY PENGUIN RUBBER 5 1/2" FIGURE MEXICO. It's in pre-owned condition with some signs of wear as stains, scratches, paint chips, and light dust. It's made of a soft vinyl or rubber material. Its face area is in good condition with some signs of wear as scratches, paint chips and stains. At its left side head area shows two cracks, see picture 9. Its head area is in good condition with some stains and scratches. Its fins show some stains..., scratches and light soiling. Its body area shows some marker stains, some stains and light soiling. Its squeaker is missing. It measures 5 1/2" tall approx. I found it at a Mexican Flea Market.
